The Early Shift for Justice

Join community members each Friday morning as we continue to oppose the proposed ICE detention facility in Williamsport. Whether you stay for 15 minutes or the full shift, your presence sends a message: our community is paying attention, and we will not look away.

Postponed: Resilient Resistance

The Resilient Resistance event on June 27 has been postponed. We will announce the new date as soon as we have it. In the meantime, we will be sharing a video with a guided meditation and some other literature to help guide you to Resilient Resistance and Mindful Mobilization. Keep your eye on these emails for those to come out soon.

July 2: Rally in Howard County

Save the date for July 2 at 8:45 AM for a rally outside the Garmatz Building to support our friends in Howard County, who are also fighting an ICE facility! We will rally outside the courthouse and then pack the courtroom for the hearing. More details coming, but for now, put this on your calendar!

July 14: Protest Procession in Clear Spring

Clear Spring is participating in part of A Protest Procession that's been traveling around Washington County. The July 14 event will take place at the intersection of Mill St. and Rte 40 from 4-6 PM.


Next WCI Rush Hour Resistance

Meet us on the Appalachian Trail bridge on Friday, June 26 at 4:30 PM to help set up, or stop by before 6:00 PM to wave. Our letters aren't waterproof, so we cancel if it's raining.
